Job Overview
Next Gen Refrigeration is a growing, family-owned HVAC company proudly serving Lincoln County, NV all the way to St. George, UT. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking entry-level HVAC Technician/Installer to join our team. If you’re ready to start a hands-on career in the HVAC industry with opportunities for growth, on-the-job training, and real-world experience—this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

No prior HVAC experience? No problem! We’ll train the right person who’s ready to learn and work hard.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic HVAC service and maintenance tasks under supervision

• Assist in new construction HVAC installations (ductwork, equipment setup, etc.)

• Deliver excellent customer service during every interaction

• Troubleshoot and solve issues with heating and cooling systems

• Commit to solving problems completely and correctly the first time

• Work full-time (40+ hours/week), including up to 2 weekends per month (overtime pay provided)

• Follow safety guidelines while working in hot outdoor environments and on your feet for extended periods

• Load, lift, and carry equipment and tools weighing up to 100 lbs

• Drive company vehicles safely to and from job sites

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs

• Comfortable working in high temperatures and physically demanding environments

• Willingness to learn and follow directions

• Strong work ethic and commitment to reliability

• HVAC trade school or prior hands-on experience is a plus, but not required

Additional Information:

Pay: $15–$20 per hour depending on experience (0–3 years)
